Description
Our auto-tie horizontal balers provide an automated approach to baling material through a horizontal press. Material is automatically tied at the end of each bale by the patented tying system, providing a highly efficient solution for increased capacity baling needs.
Application
Auto-tie horizontal balers are ideal for distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, mid to large size recycling and material recovery facilities, and mid to large size printers. Auto-tie horizontal balers are ideal for baling: shredded materials, document destruction, OCC, and high paper grades.
Classification of Auto-Tie Horizontal Balers
1. The Narrow box
Normally applied in air system, trim waste applications, and shredding operations. The in feed opening is a width of 28” wide, 30” and 50” long.
2. The Wide Box
Used for OCC, ONP and high-grade applications with a fluffer. The in feed for this opening is a width of 41” 48’, 50”, 60” 72” long.
3. The Hinged Sidewall
Used for OCC, ONP and high-grade applications without a fluffer. The charge Box width of 54”, 60”, 72”, 35”, 50”, 60”, and 72” long
