Description
Manual Vertical Balers, also called Vertical Hydraulic Baler, are a series of semi-automatic vertical balers that are widely applied in cardboard plants, supermarkets, vessels and recycling center. Those balers are designed to compress loose materials like cardboards, PET bottles, fiber and plastic film. Because the machines are vertical and semi-automatic, the capacity is very low. And it requires plenty of labor. One machine must be operated with one man.

Working Principle
First, put materials into the pressing chamber for compression. After being pressed for many times, the bales have a very high density. Then, the workers thread and bundle the bales. Finally, the bales are ejected automatically.
