Manual-tie balers process material through a horizontal press, and the bales are manually tied. These balers can either be manually loaded, or fed by a conveyor. A closed door horizontal baler should be considered when production requirements are between 50 to 150 tons/month
Types of Manual-Tie Balers
1. Narrow Box Manual-Tie Closed Door Baler
The typical opening feed of this baler is a width of 28″ wide, 30″ and 50 long.
2. Wide Box Manual-Tie Closed Door Baler
The typical feed opening or (charge box) is a width of 41″ and 48″, and 50”, 60″ and 72″ long.
